Overview
Venx is in the unique position of being a pre-evolution, but it has a significantly higher base stat total compared to its evolutions. Venx offers consistent neutral damage which allow it to fill a role as a bulky and strong neutral type. Parrier or Arcane Wrap make the tem significantly bulkier on one side of the ledger than the other.

Description
(1.3 DUKE'S NOTES - HEAD RAM IS STILL PROBABLY A LITTLE BETTER THAN BASE JUMP, A VERY EFFICIENT DAMAGE OPTION STILL. MINOR NERFS, BUT STILL VERY GOOD.)
Venx is a concentrated ball of stats - slow, but hard-hitting and extremely bulky, in a way that makes it very efficient to TV spread it to be a bulky attacker. It requires constant refinement to adapt to the meta around it, but will reward you with a very consistent offensive attacker.
Venx constantly rotates between two gears and two traits. Parrier or Arcane Wrap depends largely on what is being played in the meta and what feels better with its allies, while Resistance Badge and Bait are swapped around depending on how powerful status techniques like sleep and poison are. Regardless, Venx's three main attacks - Base Jump, Savage Suplex, and Ninja Jutsu - change little, offering various levels of damage at various levels of stamina and speed. Venx's fourth move is more open, Head Ram being more generalist, offering Venx strong damage at an extremely efficient level of stamina. Late Torment works well on teams with turn one trapping options, Strangle helps control the board, and Sacrifice can help allies.
Venx loves Sparkling Bullet users and Perfect Jab/Purgation users. Raignet, Minothor, and Chimurian are all good bets.
